Having inspected this wonderful apartment many times and stayed here in the past, I have tried to make everyone aware that it is on the second floor and have mentioned this five times in the advertising text, including a warning that it may be unsuitable for the less able. I am glad to hear that the housekeeper rectified any other minor issue and we recommend that these are dealt with directly to ensure you have the type of holiday that you envisaged.
