Many thanks for your positive comments regarding Keil View. Whilst there is a continual maintenance programme in place, your comments on the house and swimming pool have been forwarded to the owner for review and will be monitored by our property department. The fully refundable GHD is set by the individual owners as many owners do not have payment facilities to collect and return these security bonds easily. We provide a safe conduit between the two parties for collection and return which many other websites don’t offer. The booking fee is the only charge we ask of guests at the point of booking, for the service we provide. As a gesture of goodwill, we would be happy to forfeit this fee, in addition to offering you a 5% loyalty discount should you wish to book another property through us again. We hope that we can be of help with any plans you may have to return to Scotland and look forward to hearing from you again in the future. Scotts Castle Holidays
