As a result of being informed that there had been a major change at the original property you booked, which we were unaware of, the agency offered a reduction in price, a full refund or a like-for-like venue at a better rate than advertised. This was handled quickly and in a professional manner. I am glad to hear that the house was fine and possibly due to the lack of preparation time in choosing this property – you may have been unaware that the agency advertises on the website that a ferry is involved in getting there and that the drive is subject to potholes. There is an on-going regime to maintain the drive and a speed limit is in place. The fact that this holiday house has a swimming pool and is located on the west coast, are the main reasons that it continues to be a popular holiday house. Antony Sherlock Property Manager
