The housekeeper who looks after the property does like to visit guests on the day of departure. The owner was aware your group were departing on the Monday and offers his apologies that on this occasion the housekeeper did pop by a day before your group were due to leave. Very sorry if you felt rushed at all! Your GHD security deposit has also been returned in full, and you would have also received email confirmation of the refund. We would be delighted to help with planning your next trip!
We thoroughly enjoyed our break. The house was lovely and the kitchen was brilliant. The beds were very comfortable but pillows far to soft for our liking.
