And you are right - when i had trouble the help on mail was very good. But a pay system were you just use your card like many other places would be great. And with fewer additionel costs...
It is not anything that would stopme booking at your company

Thank you for your lovely feedback, and great to hear you enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment in the Dollarbeg castle! The castle as advertised does have one shared bathroom and due to this layout we do advise that the accommodation is best suited to a family group staying of 2 adults and 2 children however it sounds as though you really enjoyed your stay and we would be delighted to help with any future plans to visit Scotland.

Sounds like your daughter had a very memorable 21st Birthday, we totally agree the kitchen and living space is perfect for larger groups to get together comfortably! Fabulous to hear you found the beds comfortable and grounds well maintained, the owners will be delighted to know you had a nice time by the log fires and made the most of your stay, including the odd quirk that accompanies such a lovely old house!
