Many thanks for your review and informing us there is internet connection at the apartment. This is something we were unaware of, so all bookings were made on the basis that internet was unavailable, however we have caught up with the housekeeper to clarify this and we understand that there is a limited connection on offer which we will now advertise accordingly to notify future clients.
With your feedback we have been able to improve our communication – thank you for the update.

Sounds like you had a great time at the castle apartment over all. As mentioned we were unaware that internet access is now available at the property which wasn't advertised on our website initially. However having caught up with the housekeeper following your feedback, we understand that limited connection is on offer which we are now advertising accordingly. We hope this helps avoid future disappointment.
