So glad to hear you had a great time. Sorry to hear your guests weren't aware of the pet terms. We do advise in the Notes & Warnings section on the property description that pets are by prior arrangement only and charges and terms apply. However, it sounds as if the owner would do well to have this mentioned in the property somewhere as a precautionary measure if it's not noticed on the website. Thank you again for your lovely feedback and hopefully, we'll welcome you to this or another one of our properties another year.
