Straightforward booking but I New what I wanted.

The second advisor offered more detailed information than the first so I would suggest not booking on the first call but talk to somebody else to confirm as answered may change. Only by chance I saw...

Our sales team are there to provide our guests with the necessary information and the majority have done the excursion themselves. In terms of Advanced Passenger Information (API) we do include all the necessary information in our documentation as procedures vary from airline to airline.
