Gone downhill since 2014
Contrary to our last visit where the team seemed happy and buoyant, we would say 50% of the Beaches staff seemed unhappy, grumpy, not very well trained or just rude. A real shame.

Staff beyond belief!
The staff were impeccable, in particular we should mention Shawna, Canute and Rick O'Neil. They went above and beyond our expectations, and made our holiday spectacular.

Staff are friendly and always willing to help. Food in the many restaurants is very good. Resort is clean and well laid out. Overal a very good holiday
