I think it's bad when no wella stamps are sent with an online order

My apologies on the time taken to deliver your goods. Please be aware you placed an order on our vat free promotion which is 3-5 working days to dispatch. Due to the sheer volume of orders placed on these promotional days we are unable to provide next day delivery. We do ensure customers are aware of this by confirming the delivery timescale on our main homepage and again before you proceed to payment.
Easy too use ordering system, however took over a week to be delivered to store. Shame really as the store would have had what I ordered in store.
