Click and collect let down

I order as click and collect thinking I could just pick it up the next day as no were on the website did it say that it came from the warehouse and I had to wait 3 days for it to arrive in store so...

We do advise any orders placed before 4pm we aim to deliver the next working day however this is not guaranteed. Poor service

I ordered online to collect in store. The goods did not arrive in time - once they did arrive I tried to return in store. I was informed that was not possible for me to do and they had to be posted....
