With regards to the charging of VAT, this was imposed on our industry in October 2012, and despite numerous attempts from our industry as a whole, and lobbying of government, we have been unable to reverse such a decision. With reference to having a light in your room, on your next visit to the store please do pop into reception as we may well have the means to provide you with a spot light for use during a visit to your room.
