Staff friendly, but had issues with access as they had not explained that Safestore offers…
Staff friendly, but had issues with access as they had not explained that Safestore offers 2 services a 24hour and office hour access service, as I had issues with access initially which was resolved...

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We do apologise if the explanation of how access worked to our Barking store was not made clear upon your arrival at our store. You should have received complete support & reassurance when making your call to our out of hours service, so we will take this up. We do apologise for any inconveniance or distress this may have caused.
