I am happy to hear that you did manage to fit your boxes into the original room size but I accept that we could have handled the situation a lot better and not caused you any uneccesary stress. The main security gates and the security door leading to the units were open at…
The main security gates and the security door leading to the units were open at all times (24/7) and anyone could simply walk in and be able access the units. I hope this is fixed soon.

I have Spoken to the store manager and he has assured me that the building is secure and the security gate and security door are fully operational and working as normal.
