Hello We are very sorry that you were not entirely satisfied with your order. The green preservative is the treatment and on some batches it can be quite a strong colour in places. Hello We are extremely sorry that you received your gate with a split on the top joint. I can't see a partial refund or resend on the system - did you contact us about this at the time? We are always more than happy to replace or offer a partial refund if there is any damage as we would not wish any customer to be less than 100% satisfied with their order.
