Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. I am sorry you feel you could only give us one star, it is our ambition that we provide a 5 star service to all our customers. I am sorry that this did not appear to happen on this occasion. I have looked into this for you and can see that you were sent a notification that the driver had broken down, which is always unfortunate when this happens, we were told that the driver might be able to complete their route depending on how quickly the repairs could be done. We then informed you that when the driver advised us that they could not complete the route, your delivery would be with you Monday Morning instead. I am so sorry for this unfortunate delay, this was not within our control but we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
