Hello We are extremely sorry that you were not 100% satisfied with your purchase and that you have an issue with the drop bolt. If you could just send me a photograph, I can get this refunded in full for you as this is obviously not the quality that we would like to send out to our customers. We can then send this to our manufacturer for their comments. Alternatively, we can of course replace this? Our sincere apologies once again. Kind regards Nikki
