Thank you for your feedback. As you say these are really beautiful and the decorative filament emits a lovely warm glow of light They not intended for household room illumination (as they are not hugely energy efficient) but as decorative secondary lighting . There life expectancy of 3000hrs life increases further when used with a dimmer switch. regards Guy
