When you contacted us, we responded as quickly as possible so we could better understand the concerns you had raised. As your sofa cushions are feather-filled with a foam core, we also offered guidance on maintenance and care to help keep them looking their best over time.
In addition, we offered to arrange for an independent technician to visit your home and inspect the sofa to determine whether there was a manufacturing fault, with a full report provided afterwards. The technician would also have been able to professionally steam and brush the upholstery during the visit.
As we didn’t hear back from you following this offer, we were unfortunately unable to progress the matter any further. Had the inspection identified a manufacturing issue, we would of course have worked with you to resolve this, as we always aim to do for our customers.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we would still be very happy to help arrange an inspection should you wish to revisit this with us.

We were quite surprised to read your comments, as we responded to your email straight away and have already been working with you to resolve the issue. Although your sofa was purchased from our outlet range, we were not aware of the marks on the cushions prior to delivery.
As discussed, we have arranged for replacement cushions to be made for you and are currently in the process of resolving this. We always aim to help our customers as quickly as possible and hope this reassures you that your issue is being dealt with.
