Good Morning, As advertised when you made your delivery we have been advised by Royal Mail there are various areas of the Country that are not recovering quite as quickly as we’d hoped from the strikes. Unfortunately there is a backlog and some orders have not been scanned due to the volume of parcels. We advise to keep an eye on your tracking to see the progress once the backlog starts clearing.
