As previously explained, the flight cancellation resulted from a bird strike, which was an unforeseen operational event outside both our control and that of the airline. Whilst we understand the inconvenience and disruption this caused to your holiday, any compensation and reimbursement have been assessed in line with the applicable regulations and the circumstances surrounding the disruption. We are sorry that the outcome has not met your expectations and regret the disappointment caused.
