We're sorry to hear that your experience on the Burgundy, the River Rhone & Provence Cruise wasn't entirely positive. We appreciate you highlighting the brilliant trips into Arles and Avignon, but we regret that the stop at Vienne was cancelled and that the mooring location outside Arles caused disappointment.
