Hi there, Thank you for making the time to leave your feedback. Multiple users can have access to an organisation's Ricoh eShop account. This allows for different departments to order and manage their procurement needs, whether that be in IT, Administration, Procurement etc. The 'unknown user' on your order would have been a contact with your organisation but we can see this is now a legacy contact so we have made changes in your account to reflect this. For your next order, you will see your name on the delivery note. We understand that you use the Ricoh eShop to purchase additional toner alongside your existing service agreement. Regarding your eShop order I can see that your toner was ordered on the 24th and arrived on the 26th so we're pleased to see we could get that toner to you quickly outside of your service toner contract.
