Please know that the Ricoh eShop is a B2B site, meaning all delivery and invoice addresses go through a validation process so we can maintain high security and protect you as our customer. Delivery addresses are pre-loaded but a quick message on LiveChat to the team can ensure that your address is loaded within the hour to avoid any delays for your order. Alternatively, we also have a function (OTDA) which enables you to manually enter a delivery address. We have activated this onto your account to avoid any delivery delays in the future.
