Thank you for your feedback. Frankly I am surprised at your rating. Having spoken to the salesperson concerned at no time did you indicate that moving the furniture was of high importance. If you had he would have shown you an alternative product. Recliner sofas by their very nature tend to be heavy and mainly do not come on castors. When you brought the matter to our attention we supplied you free of charge some magi glides and also arranged for a technician to fit them. The cost for this would have been £68. I would hardly describe this as bad service. We have magi glides fitted on the feet of several pieces of furniture in store and they do make moving the furniture a lot easier.
