Thank you for your feedback. I am rather surprised at your assessment of our service. On delivery of bookcases we unpack and fit shelves when required, all you had to do was inform the delivery team where you wanted the shelves put and they would have done this for you negating the need for you to reposition them. I am surprised it took 90 minutes to move six shelves. If you had informed us you were unhappy at the time we would have arranged for a technician to come and reposition the shelves for you. 

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that your bed was delivered so late in the afternoon but we do inform customers that an afternoon delivery could be up to 5pm. If the delivery team is running late they will inform you and will work as late as necessary to complete their workload.

When the bed was delivered unfortunately the connecting brackets were missing and for this I apologise and for the inconvenience of a further visit to fit them. At present we do not have the resources to unpack, check and repackage every item that we sell. The beds were assembled and the headboard fitted on a temporary basis as this would have to be removed to fit the brackets. The fitting of the brackets was already in the hands of our technician who was about to arrange a visit when your wife phoned and spoke to our bed manager. The brackets were fitted the day following delivery. Our bedding manager has tried to contact you concerning your review and left a message.
