How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi. Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. We do aim to call everyone back as soon as we can. Sometimes messages get passed on to other departments or we are waiting for responses from elsewhere, this unfortunately means that delays can occur I am sorry that you are not happy with your purchase of the RM65 tubs, if there is anything I can do please let me know
