This is the first that we have heard in this regard and at this stage we therefore can only assume that you are referring to the www.claimez.com website, the specialist company that has been appointed by the underwriters to handle our claims. We do not have a log in.
If this is the first time you have notified them of a claim then you will not yet have a password. The password is only created in order that you may monitor the progress of your claim, i.e. you will not yet have a password.
Please confirm which email address you sent your claim to and please also send a copy to customer.service@reducemyexcess.co.uk.
