Thank you for the feedback, we are aware that at times indoor seating can be limited as a large proportion is on the outer decks. We are currently working on a refurbishment project that will amend the accommodation layout increasing the indoor seating by 55%. Red Falcon is currently having this change and if it is well received the other two vessels with be refitted later this year and next year. Thank you for your comments. Our website at present does default the driver to an 'Adult' even if you select a different type of person. The price is based on the vehicle travelling and not the number, or type of people, so this would not of effected your price. The difference in the price of the crossing may of been to do with availability; our pricing structure is demand based and increases in price as availability drops. We do charge an admin fee for any changes, which is explained in the T&C's at the time of booking. Usually though if we can see you have just made the booking then we will try to help you with this charge. I am glad to hear that they were able to amend your booking onboard and that you managed to get the sailing you required for your return journey.
