How do we verify reviews?

Thank you for your feedback, I apologise for the attitude of the staff member on Friday, I will pass your comments on to the Terminal Manager. Friday afternoon was extremely busy and check-in would of been told to not 'uplift' anyone to the next sailing. But as we get closer to the departure time, the loader may take the decision to allow a couple of more vehicles than booked on to the ferry, so in the space of the couple of minutes between yourselves looking to check in and your friends, the loader may of then taken the descion to allow them on. I am sorry if you feel this was unfair but we work on a live system and space may come available at short notice. Red Funnel

Thank you for your feedback, our current refurbishment project does include changing the accommodation layout to increase the indoor seating by 55%. Red Falcon is currently in refit having this done and is due back shortly, if the new layout is well received then the other two vessels will also be updated later this year and next year, we unfortunately can not do all three boats at the same time. In response to your feedback, that is a good response. I use Red Funnel every week and will continue to do so. An increase of 55% seating capacity probably reflects what's need, at times. I hope it doesn't reflect an increase in price!The service is always good. So yeh, well done.

The service is good although the vessels can sometimes look a little tired (well used) and we are looking forward to the Red Falcon coming back into service.
