Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback and we are pleased to hear you found the booking easy to make, however we are sorry to hear about your experience onboard. As you are aware we do make announcements for passengers to look after their children particularly if we see them running around. Unfortunately some passengers can be insensitive towards others and if you do see any acting irresponsibly then please mention it to the Onboard Service Officer who will speak to the parents or teachers directly. We hope that any disappointment caused on this occasion will not dissuade you from travelling with us in the future.
