Very efficient. Knowledgeable staff at the port if you needed to ask anything. Toilets could do with an update but OK. Reasonable options on board catering.

I have never had any problems with Red Funnel Ferries and even got on an earlier ferry home without any extra payment required.

Everything was absolutely fine on booking but unfortunately we had delays both out and home The information was good re the delays but sadly it did interfere with our holiday plans
