The package did not have my name on it when delivered,...... it had to be opened by someone else, the company was then rung to find out who it was for. not acceptable.

thank you ever so much for your order, and I'm very sorry to hear that your parcel didn't have your name on it. I've checked your order and it looks as though 'St Mary's School' has been entered in the 'Name' field in the delivery address so I guess this is what caused the issue here.
