The man's explanations were good. However he spoke extremely fast so quite a number of times I could not work out what he was saying.

I don't know as I haven't even received the paperwork yet. Getting sent paperwork 5 days after speaking with someone when money comes out of your account within 7 days after speaking with someone, does not give enough time to process the info and make an informed decision.
