James was very efficient, helpful and not overpowering on the phone
It would appear that this policy, along with our Life Insurance policy has an incorrect address listed, even after having them amended. Could this please be corrected.

Overall we have been happy with our interactions. However we were frustrated when dealing with your service recently to obtain a copy of our original policy that we never actually received as you had an incorrect address on file. We had updated this and additionally updated it only to have the incorrect address again notated on the policy when it was emailed..... The officer was professional but the call was tedious and we have submitted an email outlining the details and hope to hear from someone soon, just to clarify your process.
