I'm very sorry to read that you are unhappy with the shoes that you purchased in Oxford.

The satin used to make our shoes is of a high quality which may soften with wear, but is designed not to stretch, in order to help the shoes last longer; so I offer our sincerest apologies if one of our representatives at the Oxford sale provided you with incorrect or misleading information.

Dancing has evolved considerably over the past 10 to 20 years, and the Latin American and Standard dancers of today combine both athleticism an artistic interpretation, with an intensity greater than those of previous generations.
