I originally began and completed my review in good faith, both for the dealership and my current vehicle, an XC60. When completed, the comments uploaded to the site as a reference to the service standard of a C30, which perfectly reflects how unrepresentative these reviews can be. RCM is a good dealership in my experience of them so far, and Andrew could not have been any more helpful or accommodating when I made my purchase.
