There is absolutely no excuse for the poor service that you have received.  We know that the issues with the car were resolved and that the Sales Consultant did personally deliver the car to you in London, however, our failure to respond to your emails is unacceptable and the relevant personnel have been spoken to.  We are so sorry that this has been your experience because you will see from other reviews that this is not the way we like to operate.  We will check again with you tomorrow that you now have everything you need.  Please be assured that this matter has been taken extremely seriously.  We do hope that in spite of this you are enjoying your Volvo XC70.
