We have spoken with the Service Advisor at Malton who talked you through the options with regard to the Service plan packages. Service plans are an easy way to budget for your annual servicing costs, starting at £33 per month, along the lines of paying monthly for your utilities - gas, electric etc. We do have lots of customers who take up this option as an easier way to manage their motoring costs and fix them each month. We have taken onboard your comments about the way in which this was explained and presented and we will be reviewing this. We understand your comments about the handbrake position as it is on the far left of the centre console but this is to ensure you can access the compartments without having to reach over the handbrake.
