needs to sort out customer service
I have contacted them twice about a delivery that does not work but times they said it was thier sister company and someone will contact me it has been 2 weeks still waiting

Sturdy and prompt
Stronger than cheap stuff vis Amazon . Wish they had few more sizes ( narrower for home use) but if you want quick and strong they are good
