We have used Railbookers several times and always found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Efficient booking service and very helpful staff

It is a bit early to be asking before I have received the tickets and before we take the trip - but the booking process was fine

I just wish the facility to add insurance had been available - as it is when booking very low priced rail tickets through other channels at the click of a button! Committing over £1,000 for a day...

Haven't yet done the trip but the person I dealt with was knowledgable and very good at getting back to me
