Thank you for your feedback regarding the times allocated for your journey. Railbookers strive to accommodate our customers preferred times and in most circumstances we are very successful. Due to Eurostar not releasing their seat allocation until 120 days in advance of your return date of travel, in some cases we do have to offer alternative times in order to obtain the best seats released.

Thank you for your feedback, all tickets are provided 7 to 10 days prior to departure, this is dependent on our receipt of the tickets from our suppliers. This also enables the possibility for amendments to be made in many cases. Our terms and conditions reflect the fact that in order to provide the best value and offers from our suppliers, certain charges are often required from us in advance. Railbookers always strive to keep improving the service we offer to our customers and will always address any concerns if contacted.
