As our warehouse is based in Melbourne, any warranty claims we make on behalf of our customers need to be referred to the manufacturers Melbourne branch. In this case we were advised that we would need to receive the product in order to confirm the fault. If the Sydney office were willing to handle this matter for you directly that is fantastic and we will keep this in mind for any future interstate customers.

Hi Steve, thanks for taking the time to complete a review. Even though we were not obligated to accept your return as it falls under change of mind we did so anyway as a show of good faith. The item had been opened despite our conditions being clearly outlined via email and usually in this instance a restocking and administration fee would be applied. However, we reduced this fee to just $30. Our terms and conditions for returns are clearly outlined on our website and we encourage all of our customers to ask any questions to ensure the product selected will be suitable for the intended application.
