Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your feedback which we read with concern, as we pride ourselves on offering a high level of customer service. We only appear to have received one email from yourselves, which was dealt with straight-away. However we are looking into why we did not receive your previous emails, with the possibility that they may have gone into our junkmail, and if so, we will try to prevent this happening again. With regards to the renewal of your policy, as you chose to pay by cheque, online renewal is not an option as we have to wait to receive the cheque before a policy can be put in place / renewed. We do appreciate your comments, and thank you for choosing to renew with us.
