Great book full off tips for all forms of smoking, clearly written so that even I can understand what needs to be done.

Home smoked salmon is the best. We have also smoked prawns, herrings and cheeses. We last smoked oranges to make marmalade. Very popular.

The smoker is great, if anything I would have opted for the larger one, but that's my choice not an issue with the product

Tried twice. One whole chicken and then a rolled boned leg of lamb (using ProQ herbilicios rub). Both turned out superbly. Make sure you only use one stacker. Using 2 stackers makes the cook too cold...

It burns really well, and is well packed
