However, we fully acknowledge that the positive aspects of your stay were unfortunately overshadowed by several serious issues. We sincerely apologize for the ongoing parking problems you encountered. We understand how frustrating and disruptive it must have been, especially with the added demands of parenting a toddler and caring for a newborn. We also deeply regret the series of maintenance disruptions you experienced, from the hot water outage to building-wide fire alarm tests and garage closures. While some of these were beyond our immediate control, we recognize that the frequency and timing were far from ideal, and we should have communicated more effectively and proactively to help you better navigate them. Your feedback is being taken seriously and shared with our operations and building management teams. We are actively reviewing what went wrong and how we can prevent similar experiences in the future, especially when it comes to resolving urgent issues like parking promptly and supporting guests with young families. We appreciate your willingness to consider Premiere Suites again despite this experience, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you at a different location where we can deliver the smooth and comfortable stay you deserve.
