Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations and we appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns you raised. AC and Toilet Fan: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the malfunctioning AC and toilet fan. During your stay, the building’s AC system was in the process of being activated—a process that, unfortunately, took longer than anticipated. As for the fan, we regret that we weren’t made aware of the issue at the time. Had we known, we would have addressed it immediately. We apologize again for any discomfort this caused. Construction Noise: We completely understand how disruptive early morning construction can be. While the work next door was outside of our control, we acknowledge that this should have been clearly communicated prior to your arrival, and we’re taking steps to ensure this kind of information is disclosed to future guests in advance. Outdated Manual: Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’ve already started updating the guest manual to ensure all information, such as gym location, garbage disposal instructions, and other amenities, is accurate and easy to follow. Although the confusion you experienced was partly due to temporary construction-related changes, we agree that this should have been better explained. Parking Issues: We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the temporary parking situation during the construction period. While the changes were mandated by the building management and beyond our control, we’re glad to report that the issue was resolved before your departure. That said, we're sorry to hear the assigned spot was not ideal. Kitchen Supplies: We regret that some of the kitchen tools provided were not functional. Our furnished units are intended to include all necessary essentials in good working order. Had we been informed during your stay, we would have been more than happy to replace or supplement these items promptly. While we're sorry to hear that your experience led to an early departure, we truly appreciate your honest feedback. It’s vital to our ongoing improvement. Should you choose to stay with us again, we’d welcome the opportunity to provide a far better experience.
