Telephone service was fine. Hotel was very basic , dark and depressing. No refreshments available during day. Would never repeat. Pity as Jersey is a beautiful island

All good with one exception. Channel Islands used an other name in some email very important correspondence. Please be consistent. I missed flight change messages. Also a very important late flight...
