Hospitality headed by Govid was excellent .Hotel decoration eas tasteful
The service at the hotel was excellent. All the staff were friendly , happy and helpful. The guest experience manager Govid was most hospitable . We felt very much at home .

We are sorry that you were disappointed with the way in which your complaint was handled. I can see from our records you contacted our office and my colleague did call the hotel and spoke to the reception staff explaining that the bed in the queen room was not suitable. They told us that should you wish to upgrade to a king room you would have to pay a supplement. My colleague passed this information onto you and you said you would go to reception and pay the supplement directly to the hotel. Thank you for contacting us with your feedback.

Booking process was good. All details were correct. Very poor transport transfer arrangements back to airport. We were told to be ready to be picked up 2 and a half hours before our flight time...
