It was unfortunate that whilst you were away the airline advised us of a schedule change to your flight from Jersey. Unfortunately, the amendment was made by Blue Islands and not Premier Holidays. As such, it was necessary for us to pass on this information to you on behalf of the airline.
We understand it is never pleasant for our clients when a flight does not operate as scheduled. Nevertheless, there are times when factors arise which make such changes unavoidable.
We do hope despite the change to your flight you enjoyed your time in Jersey.

We apologise for any confusion caused by the information provided by Channel Islands Direct.
Regarding the overbooking issue, we promptly relayed the automated cancellation notice we received from Aurigny to you. We reached out to Aurigny for clarification and were informed that the flight on the 1st of June was indeed overbooked, resulting in the rescheduling of some passengers to the following day. While this was out of our control, we apologize for any inconvenience and upset it caused you.
